Every product is meticulously sealed in our proprietary Smell & Sense holographic plastic packaging. If you receive a product that isn't sealed in this cover, we urge you to lodge a complaint with Smell & Sense. Please note that our delivery process involves third-party services, and no Smell & Sense personnel are involved in this stage.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or find the perfume quantity to be less than expected, we request you to provide video footage of the product's unboxing after delivery. Please also lodge a complaint with our customer care support. If your complaint is verified as genuine, we will replace the product. Alternatively, we can provide a coupon code for the product's value, which you can use to purchase any other product on our website. Please note that this coupon will be valid for a limited time period.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept a variety of payment methods, including UPI, Phone Pay, Razorpay, Visa, Credit card, Debit Card, Paytm, Bank system NEFT IMPS, QR, and Cash on Delivery.

PAYMENT REFUND:

Refunds are only possible if the product seal remains unbroken. If the seal is broken, we can only replace the product, unless the product inside is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will provide a coupon code for the product's value, which you can use for a limited time period to purchase any other product. Please note that delivery charges will apply in all cases.

CASH ON DELIVERY:

Cash on Delivery is available across India. However, opting for other payment methods like UPI, Bank transfer, Credit card, or Debit card could entitle you to a discount of 5 - 10% on your purchase.
